which has occasioned at least a new round of bwzw negotiation<br/>
which btw has kept me on the edge of my chair for months now<br/>

& because the bridge is being promoted as a regional bridge <br/>
rather than a merely bwza international one<br/>
my fondest imagining would be of a fully negotiated quadripoint<br/>
as part of a bridge quadridominium deal <br/>
with a legal definition of the point <br/>
as<br/>
the apex of the bridge<br/>

& from what we know about the geography <br/>
if not the politics<br/>
such a resolution & enshrinement of the point might easily <br/>
happen without much of a physical or mental stretch at all<br/>

in my dreams <br/>
