Here is an April 2002 article in French:
www.originepyrenees.com/mag/trib/lettre7.htm . The next-to-last paragraph
refers to:

...en modifiant notamment par des
remblais le cours de l'Ariège dont la rive gauche constitue la
frontière avec la France, et l'Andorre, sur ces 35 hectares
détournés...

It appears that they have modified by embankments the course of the Ariège, the
left bank of which is the boundary.

From latest CIA World Fact Book
(http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/geos/an.html):

border is undemarcated in sections but is not in dispute (a few French farmers
still remain upset about the transfer of 35 hectares of land to Andorra).

Anybody know that story?
