CBC Radio newscasts never mentioned the creation of a new territory <br/>
similar to Nunavut. Only that the Dogrib tribe, as the aboriginals in <br/>
Nunavut have for several years, will control certain internal affairs <br/>
previously handled by the Canadian government. (They even sang &quot;O <br/>
Canada,&quot; which doesn&#39;t sound very separatist, hi.)</div>
