using the usgs topo & ibs monument coords
http://tinyurl.com/g5e0
http://tinyurl.com/g5e3
it is possible to locate both akbccas & marker 0 fairly precisely

by definition akbccas
like all the other canadian federal waters tripoints along caus
falls where caus crosses the low tide line
or in other words at the leading or wetter edge of the gray dotted
area on the topo

& this point appears to coincide more or less exactly with the
next turnpoint to the east of the monument 1 turnpoint
& thus to fall by measurement 2843 feet east of it
& by calculation
at nlat 55d54m43s1 & wlong 130d00m14s0

monument 0 falls on the same parallel of latitude
directly in between the monument 1 & akbccas turnpoints
but is by computation only 233 feet due east of monument 1
& careful measurement places it directly beneath the center of
the capital letter m in the mon 1 designation on the map

the best akbccas tripoint pic would appear to be the 5th photo in
the link below
in which it is roughly centered in the frame

the monument shown in the last pic is likely number 1
& if so then that places marker 0 just to the right of the photo
