US treaties should also be posted at thomas.loc.gov - I&#39;ll try there.<br/>
 There is also a UN site that has texts of all international treaties,<br/>
but it costs money to retrieve.  US Government officials can get free<br/>
access - anyone out there in BPt-land working for the federal government?<br/>
