International Boundary and Water Commission yesterday!<br/>
<br/>
A gentleman in the IWBC&#39;s &quot;Boundary and Realty&quot; division sent me a short reply<br/>
asking me to furnish my phone number so that he can call me and explain the<br/>
answers to my questions.<br/>
<br/>
I did so late in the business day today, and I will eagerly await his call<br/>
tomorrow.  I will render a full report here afterward.<br/>
