when their property falls on, or is divided by, a governmental <br/>
border.  Are the taxes somehow divided between the two entities? <br/>
Which government do you call for services or police?  This may be a <br/>
very simple question, but as I cross between two Texas counties to go <br/>
to work, I am curious.<br/>
