Well, in that case I'll explain before we continue to communicate on
different wavelengths.

The Polish site only mentions the fact that the tripoint is also the
terminal point on a Polish voivodship boundary, and then goes on
about the tripoint. I don't know what this Pole expected - maybe
something really huge. The Polish word used here is "un-high", which
I translated as "low". Maybe my Polish is getting a bit "un-high" :-)

There is no talk of a municipal or voivodship boundary marker.

I only afterwards (re)discovered on your website that you already
suspected it to be a quadropoint. So this seems to be the
confirmation.
