which supposedly corresponds to the geocoordinates mentioned yesterday<br/>
tho i am still crunching numbers & triple checking them further<br/>
as well as waiting til next week for the 2 other bits of missing info also <br/>
mentioned yesterday<br/>

however in the meantime it is clear from the visual<br/>
whether you can see it yet or not<br/>
that the terminal mete reaches the terminal bound at the only point where <br/>
the water line adopted by the survey corresponds exactly also to the tree <br/>
line<br/>
as depicted by the scalloped line in the plat<br/>
a curious coincidence which i will also ask about next week<br/>

moreover it appears the ridge line per se has been completely rationalized <br/>
into a series of 291 completely geodetic lines joining 292 points monumented <br/>
by only 30 boundary markers<br/>

in contrast to the roughly contemporaneous ellis island survey<br/>
this vawv line utilizes loxodromes of integral degminsec & courses in <br/>
hundredths of a foot & is thus ten times coarser in both regards<br/>
while nevertheless maintaining the superfine 5 decimal places of degminsec <br/>
in the geopositioning<br/>
so the accuracy level could be spurious<br/>

indeed it seems the closer we get to the truth here<br/>
the more questions & possible holes there are<br/>
yet all in all i would already say mdvawv has never looked better<br/>
