but if you are a nonjoiner on principle<br/>
the skinny of it is that an aggressive connecticut town tax <br/>
collector is drawing & now enforcing a new tax map by skipping <br/>
over some disputed intermediate state line markers<br/>
which may or may not be part of the authentic monumentation<br/>
for it is hard to say for sure from this distance<br/>

but anyway as a result the state of rhode island is now <br/>
challenging connecticut to recommission the entirety of dry ctri <br/>
all the way to ctmari or neoctmari or pseudoctmari<br/>
as the case may be<br/>
where we know a familiar sidekick marker does indeed indicate <br/>
that the comprehensive but unratified 1941 ctri resurvey did <br/>
terminate<br/>
before being rained out by world war ii & never resumed<br/>

& tho it appears the tax assessor has most probably just <br/>
skipped over a few of these unratified & therefore bogus markers<br/>
i think it is still pretty clear that the at least 62 years of uti <br/>
possidetis since 1941 at latest<br/>
during which these unratified markers were observed by the <br/>
assessors on both sides <br/>
will suffice to confound the connecticuties & save rhode island <br/>
from shrinking any further in this case<br/>

but yikes the new tax bills are still all set to go out on monday<br/>
& i am amazed that the connecticut attorney general still hasnt <br/>
yet restrained the aggressive town from proceeding with this <br/>
utterly misguided & potentially costly new invasion of rhode <br/>
island & from so carelessly reigniting a war that will mark its <br/>
tercentenary this year if it flares again after its 62 year hiatus</div>
