Hello Border Freaks!

Here the digital images from my visit to Point Roberts, Washington with
a representative of the International Boundary Commission.

We traveled the length of the boundary that slices the peninsula into
two nations.
There was a crew clearing the vista, which must be clear (generally)
for 10 feet on either side of the actual boundary.

Since my last visit, there were a couple of new markers (the stainless
steel type that are US-made) and some new fences. A couple of the
pathways that used to allow for easy (though illegal) access are now
blocked by fences.

As I didn't want to waste time, I decided not to take photos of the all
new elements of this part of the border. But I definitely will at a
later date.

Here are the photos I did take. These are digital, and I took a few
with my 35mm camera too. I will post those if there are any that are
different. If you would like to see them all, let me know and I can
post them on my website. But these are really the best ones.
