Sorry I forgot to answer your question.
This is indeed the entire bridge. I'm standing on the Dutch side looking
into French territory. Apparently the border runs through the bridge near
the end where the potted plant is located (shoreline border). The plant is
in France.

one question:
In picture #3, I can't quite tell...is this the entire
bridge, Dutch side looking into french territory? Or
is this all French territory in the photo?
