Peter's beautiful Austrian tripoint monument reminds me of a beautiful photo on
the boundary betweeen México and Guatemala. There's a very classy obelisk, a
marked cable across a lake, and a boundary vista through the forest beyond. The
photo at

was taken from the Guatemalan side of the monument. The Mexican side of the
boundary is within the Parque Nacional Lagunas de Montebello in the state of
Chiapas. The lake through which the boundary runs is Laguna Internacional. The
other on to the right is Laguna Tzixcao.
