or perhaps from the arctic circle<br/>
at their intersection with w long 122d30m<br/>
the meridian of local high noon at this particular solstice<br/>
& thus the absolute high point of this our northern solar year<br/>
actually occurring in the above cases somewhere in the pacific ocean & in <br/>
great bear lake respectively<br/>

or maybe from stonehenge would have been better<br/>
or the great pyramid<br/>
etc etc<br/>
for those who prefer culture to nature<br/>

or yikes the north polar webcam itself<br/>
at simultaneous high noon & high midnight<br/>
<br/>
yes that might be hard to beat<br/>
<br/>
but it is difficult indeed to fix on the unequivocal maxipoint in such a <br/>
case<br/>
& i trust home sweet cream hill here will do in a pinch<br/>
as would anywhere else<br/>
until improved upon<br/>
