applies:<br/>
<br/>
Structures built after the International Boundary Act of July 6, 1960 <br/>
require the permission of the IBC commissioners and are rarely (if <br/>
ever) approved if they obstruct the boundaries.  Structures built prior <br/>
to this date are fine.<br/>
