in any case point seekers are advised to approach from the east <br/>
along the depa line <br/>
from the base of the arc<br/>
which is a nice spot in its own right<br/>
with a great monument too<br/>

it is a nice safe mile hike on public property & you avoid all <br/>
tresspassing & unpleasantness that way</div>
