the land owner just to the sw of the point does indeed value his
privacy & has posted a crescendo of no tresspassing signs &
fences gates etc over the years
so anything is possible
but the threat of shooting multipointers would be a new one on
me
here or anywhere

more likely to happen in texas than md the free state
i would guess

jack has actually met the guy tho
& has not only lived to tell about
but has a good story

in any case point seekers are advised to approach from the east
along the depa line
from the base of the arc
which is a nice spot in its own right
with a great monument too

it is a nice safe mile hike on public property & you avoid all
tresspassing & unpleasantness that way
