oops
a closer look at

l
suggests i may well have been mistaken to expect
congressional ratification of the new njny compact of 2000
& thus to expect the changes to occur in 2 stages
since the 1998 court decision ordered this new compact
the simple approval of the changes in it by the special master
may have sufficed
or may have led to a confirmation by the court that sufficed
to change the boundary effective immediately & without any
further ado
in other words new njny ellis may actually have already been
legally completed circa 2000 in a single change
but i dont have any confirmation of that yet either
& i would think the supremes at least wouldve posted it
so everything is completely up in the air now
great to be over the delusions tho
tomorrows phonecall could settle everything quickly now too
