orginal vennbahn treaty stated that five enclaves were<br/>
created, then there must be a break in German<br/>
territory, else they would not be enclaves, but would<br/>
be linked to the rest of Germany (at least those that<br/>
can be reached from the rest of Germany by passing<br/>
under a bridge)<br/>
