On place I was hoping to explore if I went back to Cyprus is the British road in between TR and GR areas, from Achna to Agios Nikolaps (see enclosed map). Each side of the road appears to be a border. What is on each side of the road?

And also, Gideon Biger claims there are CYUK boundary markers. If you get a photo you are my hero.

I have promised my wife a beach holiday to Cyprus, and I hope we have the opportunity to go there before they unite.

Subject: [BoundaryPoint] Cyprus

I will shortly be going on holiday to the Greek part of Cyprus and
while there I want to see as much as possible of the UN Buffer Zone.

We are staying quite near the Turkish-occupied coastal "enclave" of
Kokkina (Mansoura). Oddly, the boundary of this area is not marked on
many maps but is on some. I understand that access to Kokkina is only
by sea or air from the main Turkish-occupied area of Cyprus, although
on occasions the Greek Cypriot authorities have allowed vehicles to
travel to the "enclave" by road.

Please can people recommend which parts of the UN Buffer Zone are
worth seeing as well as any dos and don'ts around the UN Buffer Zone.
I assume there is nothing worth seeing of the two British sovereign
base areas, so someone please correct me if my assumption is wrong.
However, I do notice that one of them directly borders the Turkish-
occupied area. Links to any good maps would be appreciated.
