& i do in fact avoid all capitals<br/>
  being naturally outlandish<br/>
since the capitals are usually in the midst & nowhere near the edges or far<br/>
corners of the territories they head<br/>

the one exception to this principle in the united states is of course my<br/>
own native state<br/>
whose freakin capital is on the freakin state line  i kid you not<br/>
& whose very state house windows overlook a neighboring state far more &<br/>
better than they do the right one<br/>

it is a marvel to behold<br/>
<br/>
are there any countries of the world with such bounding capitals  i also wonder<br/>
<br/>

& how about a pointing capital<br/>
<br/>
that would be too much too<br/>
<br/>
but i have actually been thinking about this also<br/>
