It is not. The De Withagen enclave is WSW of the village of Ulicoten,
and just W of North of the hamlet of Oude Strumpt. If you buy Belgian
map 8/3-4, it is at this spot: Look for the spot where the normal
benl boundary touches the north edge of the map, at Belgian X-grid co-
ordinate 6-27 (a little to the east of it) (close to 4d50' E. of
Greenwich, too, but then it is to the west of it). To the south,
there is a small road going from the border into the Netherlands.
After +/- 400 m, the direction of this road changes from ESE to SSW.
For half of this last segment of this road, the enclave is to the
east of it. It is almost square, and somewhat less than 100 x 100 m.
And it is wooded (acc. to the Dutch map). When you have the Belgian
map, they use an old Dutch map here (as they do for all of the Dutch
territory). The enclave is just south of the W of the
word "Withagen". On the Dutch map (50B), it is just south of the t of
the word "Withagen". (On this map, it _is_ indicated, as I said).
