<div id="ygrps-yiv-1172296478">After checking my photos taken in 1990 of the NM-OK-TX <br/>
marker my conclusion is that it is the same one as shown <br/>
in David&#39;s photo and the one with Jane.  So, even though <br/>
it appears we are all on the same wave length, Mike keeps<br/>
insisting on a different frequency.  In my book I made an <br/>
unfortunate choice of captions for the tri-point picture.<br/>
I labeled it as, &quot;an easy one to find.&quot;  Now, I wonder if<br/>
that was a wise choice of words.  I thought I had some info<br/>
on the other markers in that area but can&#39;t find it now.<br/>

Re the Clark Monument, which was at the edge of US 56 at the <br/>
NW corner of Texas, we drove right by it without stopping in<br/>
1990.  That was a big mistake.  I understand that since then <br/>
a road widening project resulted in removal of the Clark <br/>
Monument, but there is a marker of some sort under the <br/>
pavement.  No info as to whether there is a man-hole cover <br/>
over the marker.  Does anyone know what happened to the <br/>
original Clark Monument?<br/>
