Thanks Peter, for that question,

Yes, those are Estonian-Russian and Estonian-Latvian disputes:
Map no 1 "Merepiir Narva Lahel" - the green line indicates Estonian-
Russian border in Soviet times. The red one will be the new border
but I remember that this may need to be ratified by Russian
Parliament (although I am not quite sure whether the land or sea
border needs to be ratified). If it is so - forget the new border
because Russia do not want to ratify because of bad relationships
between Estonia and Russia.
Map no 2 "Merepiir Liivi lahel" - the green line indicates Estonian-
Latvian border in Soviet times. The red one is the new border and the
orange one belonged to Estonian territorial waters and economic area
in the 1990s. Newspapers wrote that kind of border dispute as
a "sprat war" between Estonia and Latvia because Latvian fishermen
often crossed Estonian territorial border. So, now the problem is
solved.
Map no 3 "Peipsi järv" - the same situation as in the map no 1.
Map no 4 "Valga" - Savieniba street is inhabited mainly by estonians,
therefore Estonia is applying those territories.
