have to grant things like Italy borders Albania, <br/>
etc.  I personally find such arguments dubious <br/>
and would vote against acknowledging, for example,<br/>
that Iran borders the United Arab Emirates at all,<br/>
although I&#39;m sure souls wiser than myself have <br/>
already settled such issues :-)<br/>
