If territorial waters are exactly the same thing as dry land, then Croatia is a normal continuous
country. But is Bosnia & Herzegovina landlocked? The point is that Bosnia & Hzgv reaches to the sea,
and has a coastline, in this way interrupting the Croatian coastline. Bosnia doesn't have an outlet
to international waters, though, because you'll have to go through Croatian terr. waters first.

So, if Bosnia interrupts the Croatian coastline, then Croatia consists of two parts. Yet these parts
are connected through territorial sea.

What if in the highly hypothetical case Bosnia became a 'normal' country and suddenly felt the need
to have, say, a navy?
