Most fascinating to learn that there still exist
old boundary stones dating back to empress Maria Theresia (she reigned the Austrian empire 1740-80)in other places than the ones I photographed near Roisin in Southern Belgium (appr. 15-20 km E of Valenciennes/France), which must be the largest concentration of old Austrian boundary
markers in that area...(to be seen on my site)
Perhaps a visit to Overslag can be arranged from
Baarle during September's GCEBE... I'll work on
it...
