PAL is the non-US tv system. NTSC is what you Yanks use, which used to be a
haslsle, but now most videos will accept and play both coherently.
No tripoint stuff, but some interesting,m if journalistic narratives on
borders. Nothing technical in that no real discussion of the line itself,
but more an overview of history and to lesser extent geography of the border
region.
US-Mexico
Pyrenees
Finland/Russia
Thai/Cambodia
Mozambique/S.Africa
Cyprus
and a couple of others.
