located a used copy in a small Ontario, Canada town.  I sent them $15, and <br/>
lo and hehold, I am now reading it.<br/>
<br/>
As for the series:  I have a couple of the episodes (in PAL), but they are <br/>
currently being borrowed.<br/>

If you can&#39;t find the book, I&#39;d certainly lend it out.<br/>
