I have no idea whether PCZ was a hole within Panama or
not, but on land it seems like PCZ divides Panama in
two. It is possible PCZ boundaries on water was such
that it was a hole within Panama.
By the way, Colon remained a hole within Panama. A
hole with a long tail, but still a hole. If you check
the Coco Solo map, the corridor in interrupted by a
road. Also, where you see a consulate in Colon, there
was an enclave too, this time a PCZ one.
Also, for those interested in Berlin enclaves, Mats
drew a beautiful boundary on a picture on the web. I
think he got the boundaries right. I am sending it below.
