I have the maps, I have done the site inspection and interviewed the guilty.
There is only one quadpoint in Baarle, The others are VERY near to it,
connections only one or more metres wide, but they are not points.
There MAY be a quadpoint in Cooch Behar, but in the 1930s it was in the
middle of a river, and I only have a 1930s 1-inch map to base this on. Again
it may be a larger or smaller connection than a point (ie a non point, or no
connection at all). The other 2 are confirmed points (Jungholz, Baarle).
