There are some scanned maps at http://www.geocities.com/exclaves
(But there is nothing else there, I'm afraid. No time to
create a site...)
Please don't link to the maps. I won't be able to maintain
the integrity of the "site" over time.
The maps are commented below. With one or two exceptions
the maps are not very detailed, I'm afraid. Can anyone help
improve the details?
