I think this system will leave a handful of ambiguities.  I can <br/>
think of 4 off the top of my head; I imagine there are less <br/>
than 10 though (I&#39;ll leave it as a geography puzzle for the<br/>
interested to find as many as you can with and without looking<br/>
at a map). <br/>

These can be fixed by adding some directional specifier to<br/>
the end (e.g. -e or -w).<br/>
<br/>
FWIW, I favor using iso3166.<br/>
