This is the first
in a series of photos taken by Lowell
McManus on July 24, 1999, in and near
Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.
The
small yard at the old stone station not far
from the international rail bridge is the
best place in Nuevo Laredo to find a
variety of motive power belonging to
Transportación Ferroviaria Mexicana
(TFM) and its US interchange
counterparts, the Texas Mexican Railway
and the Union Pacific Railroad.
