This first picture shows
RS-11 501. The color scheme is the one used by the Ferrocarril del Pacífico from the late 1960's until
the early 1980's. This color and pattern of the green and yellow was adapted from
the Chicago & North Western. The model is from Atlas, and the decals are from Erasmo Velazco.
Ricardo used a picture taken in Nogales,Sonora, as a reference. |

This RSD-5 was created using
an original photo taken in the FCP shops, at Guadalajara, Jalisco. The model is
from Atlas, and the decals are the same ones by Erasmo Velazco.

The only other FCP RS-11 was
number 521, a rebuild from the Talleres Generales in San Luis Potosí. Since he already had number
501 in the earlier green and yellow, Ricardo used number 521 to show FCP's new 1980's colors on an
RS-11. |

Of course, FCP also applied
the 1980's colors to its RSD-5's. This model shows how it looked. The decals are from Erasmo Velazco.

Ferrocarriles Nacionales de México
wasn't the only owner of C-628's. This model was painted as it appears in the book, Southern
Pacific of Mexico and the West Coast Route by Signor and Kirchner, page 127. The model is
a wonderful Stewart C-628, with Erasmo Velazco decals.

Ricardo made this Intermountain cover hopper with superb decals
from a very good friend, Jean Paul Israel of Belgium. |
