A second photo of NdeM 3038.

This locomotive was built in 1946 by Baldwin Locomotive Works at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Despite this, the locomotive has ALCO builder's plates that were somehow added in error before it was put on display. According to a nearby sign, each of these QR-1 class locomotives cost $195,000. NdeM 3038 made its last run on July 1, 1968, on a round trip between Tlalnepantla and Nochistongo, Estado de México.
