straddling the road that forms the border (ironically named Street of <br/>
the Friendship of Peoples). The two parts are connected by the bridge <br/>
that can be seen in the photograph. Here too it is said that the <br/>
factory is owned by Russia, although two thirds of it are in the <br/>
Ukraine.<br/>
