does answer rather well imo the question you first asked in
message 1459
& it also leads & points explicitly to the treaty you have finally
found & quoted at length here in message 9791
which however adds nothing definitive about the course of plru
that wasnt already given there
& confirms only that plru remained indefinite until the survey
commissioners themselves finally defined it on the ground
as was already surmised in message 9768 too

the hard boundary data in article 2 of the treaty you quote here
are actually only about plua & bypl
& not about plru at all

only article 3 is about plru but it adds nothing to the data given
previously in message 9791 about the agreement reached at
potsdam 2 weeks earlier
