& no doubt exists as to its general location<br/>

  as established by a 1963 treaty between mali & mauritania<br/>
& w long 4deg 50min approximately<br/>
as reported by u s dept of state 1970<br/>
  or where nlat25 meets the undemarcated oblique sw boundary of algeria<br/>
    established by a 1905 french colonial administrative decree<br/>

but he adds<br/>
it is clear that algeria is not bound by such third party determination as<br/>
the 1963 treaty unless by her conduct she has accepted it<br/>

however no contention on the point has been reported<br/>
