based on various recent reports & understandings<br/>
it appears that there may actually be very few true neutral zones in <br/>
existence anywhere<br/>
<br/>
if we exclude from the true neutral zone inventory as not applicable all <br/>
condominiums & other joint areas<br/>
sometimes called neutral zones by mistake<br/>
which i think we should<br/>
& if we also exclude all actively demilitarized zones<br/>
wherever a third party is present as a buffer<br/>
which i also think we should<br/>
& if we also exclude all the marginal areas that naturally occur between <br/>
facing border posts<br/>
no matter how far or close those posts are to the true border<br/>
& which only seem to be neutral zones but really arent<br/>
which i think we also should<br/>
then<br/>
apparently<br/>
unless i have missed something or lost count<br/>
there remain only our 3 most exemplary spanish neutral zones<br/>
neutral because vacated by legal agreement<br/>
apparently<br/>
the 1 in europe & the other 2 in africa<br/>
all as previously discussed<br/>

but please add to or correct these sketchy impressions<br/>
