Your material is intersting with respect to Dibba.  <br/>
In what way is Dibba sovereignty shared?  Actually, it&#39;s shared only<br/>
between two international entities, Oman and the UAE, even though two<br/>
sovereign UAE sheikhs have concurrent interests there.  WE may be able<br/>
here to add another genuine condominium to our list.  <br/>

Is there a treaty regulating the relationships?  Under whose customs<br/>
jurisdiction is the town?  Which country&#39;s stamps are sold in the town<br/>
post office and whose money do you use to buy them?  If there is a<br/>
definitive Oman-Dibba international border, as marked on the graphic,<br/>
then it seems Oman actually ends and some other country starts.  On<br/>
the other ends and sides of town, are there international borders<br/>
marking off Dibba from the UAE?<br/>

They seem to be planning roads like crazy - from what do these<br/>
staellite images come?  Is there one of the Madha exclave of Oman that<br/>
the text in the one graphic points to?  <br/>
