Greetings.

Your material is intersting with respect to Dibba.
In what way is Dibba sovereignty shared? Actually, it's shared only
between two international entities, Oman and the UAE, even though two
sovereign UAE sheikhs have concurrent interests there. WE may be able
here to add another genuine condominium to our list.

Is there a treaty regulating the relationships? Under whose customs
jurisdiction is the town? Which country's stamps are sold in the town
post office and whose money do you use to buy them? If there is a
definitive Oman-Dibba international border, as marked on the graphic,
then it seems Oman actually ends and some other country starts. On
the other ends and sides of town, are there international borders
marking off Dibba from the UAE?

They seem to be planning roads like crazy - from what do these
staellite images come? Is there one of the Madha exclave of Oman that
the text in the one graphic points to?

Regards
