At http://www.vb.kg/2003/03/14/panorama/2.html basically the same
news item, but with one extra detail: the road to be opened runs from
Barak (KG) via Birljaškan (UZ) to Ak-Taš (KG). I haven't been able to
locate Birljaškan yet, though...
