Well, if the administrative border actually does hit the tripoint, you can say the point has four borders joining in one point. One of the border might be different, but still is a border.
 
Jungholz is a quadropoint: 4 borders, yet only two countries
 
Vianden: North and south of this Luxembourg towns three borders join: DELU, DE-the DELU condominium and LU-the DELU condominium. (The actual DELU is actually very short.)

isnt this the double-border Kenya-Sudan, i was asking  about?

EGKESD might even be a quadro-point.
