The EU-member states use license plates that include the EU (or <br/>
Council of Europe) flag colours with the country&#39;s letter in the <br/>
middle of the stars ring.<br/>
In Lithuania I have seen similar license plates (official ones or <br/>
not), but with a small Lithuanian flag and the letters &quot;LT&quot; inside <br/>
the stars ring.<br/>
