the .gouv.fr domain. I&#39;m not going there. I had already found the <br/>
foreign ministry&#39;s department of treaties. I inquired about the Saint <br/>
Martin border treaty in English and got an answer in French to go <br/>
look in an internet database. I went there and I found the treaty and <br/>
exact name, but no link to the text. I emailed the Frenchperson again <br/>
now in some English and some French with the exact name and date of <br/>
the treaty asking to either email me the electronic text or send me <br/>
by mail a xerox copy. No reply. (Bof!)</div>
