I agree that if there was a real boundary, there would
be some sort of trivia in the government web pages.
Hey, AUSLIG lists Boundary Islet and that's not even
an international island. However, meta-boundaries
probably won't show up in a government page.
As France have (I am not sure if they still do, but I
think they do) a lot of fishing rights on the
Newfoundland coast, a loss of tiny islands won't hurt
the French. I can see why France wouldn't care.
