I was wondering...<br/>

Did we ever discuss towns/villages that used to be divided by the <br/>
border, but nowadays are not (anymore)?<br/>

I&#39;m thinking about the Polish town Wielen on Notec river in <br/>
Wielkopolska which used to be divided into German Filehne (D) / <br/>
Polish Wielen (PL) until WWII, but nowadays is entirely in Poland. <br/>
There must be more of these town or areas in like Upper Silesia or <br/>
elsewhere.<br/>

Like: the state frontier was at your door step and isn&#39;t anymore.<br/>
(Could happen to Nicosia one day...)<br/>

Do we have info on Polish Wielen?<br/>
