The International Boundaries Research Unit is seeking to appoint a<br/>
highly motivated individual to undertake UK-based historical,<br/>
geographical and technical research on three African land boundaries<br/>
under the supervision of IBRU&#39;s Director of Research. The candidate will<br/>
be expected to contribute to the preparation of the resulting boundary<br/>
reports and to research reports on other international land and maritime<br/>
boundary issues as required.<br/>
<br/>
Candidates should have a higher degree in international boundary studies<br/>
or a related discipline, along with strong research skills and an<br/>
ability to work to deadlines.    <br/>
<br/>
The post is fixed term for 1 year in the first instance, although this<br/>
may be extended subject to further funding becoming available.<br/>
<br/>
