Stettin ended up in Poland after WWII under the name of Szczecin.

see the map at:

For a (german) history of Stettin and the border conflict between
both Germanies and Poland since 1945, see:

The question is, did Poland recognize the lease and did they live up
to the agreement?

There is an interactive map at http://www.pilot.pl/miasto/szczecin/
but it's not very accurate.
