 </span></blockquote>I guess it depends how you define the free world. As a general rule, <br/>
populations are far more regulated and controlled in European countries <br/>
than in the US (and always have been), but then again, these controls are <br/>
usually well defined. Of course, if you&#39;re determined, it&#39;s very easy to <br/>
flaunt such controls rendering them practically worthless.<br/>
