The best I've seen is this collection of NVA (East German military)
maps.

It seems the person wants to sell these, but not cheap.

the border.

Not really ... Some touristic maps have a drawing of the wall which
more or less coincides with the border. None of the maps I've seen
depict it geographically correct. The best attempt among those is "Wo
die Mauer war" / "Where the wall was" (two language versions) by
Pharus, but it isn't really accurate either. It only shows the
location of the "first wall". Second wall and "no mans land" are not
depicted.

Regular commercial maps sold in West Berlin will only show the
border, no geographical features. Many such maps, esp. those printed
before 1989, show streets and rails in the "no mans land" area as
intact, even though they were long destroyed. Commercial maps sold in
East Berlin omit any geographical features close to the border.
